Bale Press Strap

Polyester corded Bale Press Strap (textile hotmelt) strapping is produced by combining high tenacity polyester yarns with hot glue (hot-melt glue method.) That is the reason why this strapping is called Hotmelt strapping.

Due to its superior properties, textile strapping is preferred for loads and loads carried under difficult conditions

Bale Press (Textile Hotmelt) strapping can be used either with galvanized wire buckles depending on the type of application. When used with the buckle, the strap doesn’t get loose during transportation and this allows your cargo to reach its destination without incurring any damage. Bale Press (Textile Hotmelt) strapping has considerably higher system breaking strength than PP strapping when used together with the appropriate buckle.

Textile strapping comes in a wide range of dimensions. We have products that can be used, depending on the type of application and the weight of the pallet, in different widths (from 9mm up to 38mm) and in various breaking strengths (from 150 kgf up to 2400 kgf.)
