Rotating Arm Wrapping Machine /AV1800 Premium
The rotating arm wrapping machine AV1800 Premium is designed for applications with high production rates and allows the wrapping of unstable or light loads.
The variable arm rotation (up to 32 prm)Â and film-carrier traverse speeds driven by belts allow the amount of film overlap on the pack to be adjusted to suit the wrapping needs. The film-carrier incorporates a powered film pre-stretching unit up to a 300% ratio. The results are largely increased reliability and reduced maintenance, as well as stable loads with minimal film consumption.
At the end of the cycle, the film is held in a gripper assembly. Then the film is cut and welded (with a hot pad) using a special arm device.

AV1800 Premium rotating arm wrapping machine, also known as a rotary arm stretch wrapper or rotating ring wrapper, is a type of packaging equipment used to wrap palletized loads with stretch film. It is commonly used in industries such as logistics, warehousing, and manufacturing to secure and protect products during transportation and storage.
The machine consists of a rotating arm or ring that holds the roll of stretch film. The pallet to be wrapped is placed on a turntable or conveyor, and the rotating arm moves around the stationary load, applying the stretch film to secure it. The arm rotates in a circular motion while the film is dispensed, creating a spiral wrap pattern around the pallet.
