The automatic horizontal strapping machine OMS,
automatically packs products with one or more thermos-welded polyester or polypropylene straps.
The machine is developed and engineered according to the most modern design criteria and equipped with all the devices to automatically carry out all strap feeding, centering, recovery, welding, and cutting operations, as well as the strap compensation and tensioning device, in order to ensure uniformity on all sides of the pack.
The strapping head (our patent), strap reel holders group, and touch screen control panel, for complete management, make this machine easy and efficient.
The device can function completely independently or be inserted into fully automatic lines where it exchanges signals with devices installed both upstream and downstream.
